Position: Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 4-6 years in Civil Engineering (Fitout, Interior Decoration, Civil Works, General Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage fitout, interior decoration, civil works, and general maintenance projects from conception to completion.
• Design & Planning: Utilize AutoCAD to prepare detailed designs, layouts, and schematics for various projects.
• Quotations: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for fitout and facility management projects.
• Site Supervision: Supervise on-site activities, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Develop and maintain a network of subcontractors, coordinating their work to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Civil Engineer with 4-6 years of professional experience in civil engineering with a focus on fitout, interior decoration, civil works, and general maintenance.
• Quality Control: Delivering high-quality work is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in preparing project quotations.
• Driving License: Valid driving license is essential.
• Network: Established network of reliable subcontractors.
