Our client is a leading construction company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and they are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from conception to completion
2. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning and design
3. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
4. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
5. Review and approve project designs, plans, and drawings
6. Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed within agreed timelines and budget
7. Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members
9. Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and management
10. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project
11. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
12. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into project designs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the construction industry
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects
4. Strong knowledge of design and construction principles, codes, and regulations
5. Proficient in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office
6. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
9. Familiarity with Dubai's construction industry and regulations is preferred

Salary: AED 15000-20000 (all in) + standard benefits as per UAE law
