Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record in managing construction projects. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a team of engineers and technicians, and actively seeking new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of ongoing construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies and processes.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry in the UAE.
• Proven track record in managing complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE construction market and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
