Senior Civil Engineer

Wood is currently looking to recruit a PMC Senior Civil Engineer to join client office in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Must have worked in STAAD Pro / Foundation Suite software in Analysis & Design.
• Must have Design of Machine Foundations (Compressor and Pumps), Design and Development of Site Grading Works, Geotechnical Investigation Works and Reinforced Concrete Building Design Works experience.
• Experience in Drainage Design, Site Grading Works, Topographic and Geotechnical Survey works, Adequacy checks for Piperacks.
• Latest Work Experience shows most of experience is related to site Support activities and not Detailed design review works.
• Depth knowledge in core technical aspects for a major project.
• Adequate experience in EPC detailed engineering and with PMC experience.
• Major Experience in Buildings & Infrastructure projects.
• Has experience in Steel Structures (piperacks).
• Previous design experience on ADNOC Major Projects.
• Previous working experience in Dynamic Machine Foundations, Site Grading, Topographic and Geotechnical Survey works, Piperack Adequacy Checks.
• Has overall design experience on Oil & Gas Project.
• Has experience in Dynamic Machine Foundations, Steel Structures (piperacks & Equipment Shelters).
• Has previous experience of working in Oil & Gas Projects.
• Demonstrable experience in Design of Concrete Building (Sub-station / Control Room, etc.).

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum B.Sc. Engineering in civil / structural.
• Minimum 15 years post graduate experience.
• Minimum 15+ years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in similar role.
