Lead and manage civil and structural engineering design for offshore and onshore projects.
Oversee the preparation and review of FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and detailed design deliverables.
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure all design and construction work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
Provide technical support to construction teams during the execution phase, including conducting site visits and inspections.
Review and approve structural analysis and design calculations, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Participate in risk management, safety, and quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and identify potential issues early to mitigate risks.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
15+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering within the oil & gas industry.
Proven experience in FEED, detailed design, and offshore projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering design software and structural analysis tools.
In-depth understanding of international codes, standards, and regulations.
Experience with project management and leadership in large-scale projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Offshore project experience is a must, with a solid understanding of the unique challenges in this field.
