Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly accomplished Senior Chemistry Teacher with specialized expertise in delivering the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) curriculum. This role based in Abu Dhabi offers an exceptional opportunity to significantly contribute to the academic advancement of our clients' students.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Leadership:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive chemistry lessons tailored for IGCSE students.
• Utilize innovative and engaging approaches to foster an interest in the subject matter.
• Adapt teaching methodologies and materials to accommodate the diverse learning needs of our clients' students.
• Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking among students through engaging classroom interactions.

Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

• Formulate and implement assessment strategies including examinations and assignments to assess student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance facilitating student improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance with attention to detail.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Foster transparent and effective communication channels with students parents and colleagues to maintain a supportive learning community.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field; preference given to candidates holding a master's degree in education or chemistry.
• Teaching certification ideally specializing in Chemistry or Science education.
• Proven track record of successful teaching experience within the IGCSE curriculum framework.
• Exceptional classroom management skills and the ability to foster positive studentteacher dynamics.
• Genuine passion for education and a steadfast commitment to nurturing the development of students.
• Proficiency in educational technology tools and a willingness to integrate them into the teachinglearning process.
