Job description

About the Role:
To provide express control tower support.

What you will do:

  1. Respond to queries on flights, schedules, and shipment status to support express operations and customer service.
  2. Update and maintain express systems with shipment status and details, along with the monitoring of discrepancies of import and export shipments.
  3. Monitor and verify daily operational reports and dashboards.
  4. Receive internal customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  5. Support internal customers via the provision of information and query responses.

Qualifications & Experience

Express & Courier Logistics/Cargo. Other: 3+ Years
12 Years schooling or equivalent.

Knowledge/Skills:
Must have knowledge of typing, telex and cargo/import. Must have worked in Express and Courier operations preferably in a control tower environment for a minimum of 3 years.
