Senior Business Development Manager SaaS/AI

Are you a sales professional with a proven track record of selling to key decision-makers in the MENA region? My client is looking for a Senior BDM to be a founding member of their MENA Sales Team, and help drive expansion in one of the most exciting markets in the world.

The role will include:

  1. Own the Sales Process: From prospecting to closing, you'll manage the entire B2B sales lifecycle for enterprise customers in the MENA region.
  2. Solve Problems: Engage with prospects, understand their challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
  3. Communicate Value: Showcase how the company's unique offering can benefit enterprises across the MENA region.
  4. Close Big Deals: Build and nurture your pipeline, negotiate complex terms, and seal the deal.
  5. Collaborate Internally: Work with legal, marketing, product, and other internal teams to drive customer success.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team initiatives that optimize our sales processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. 4+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience in the MENA region.
  2. Proven ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  3. Experience supporting global clients, particularly in the Middle East.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
  5. Salesforce and CRM expertise.
  6. Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
  7. Fluency in Arabic would be beneficial.
