Purpose of Role/Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the existing portfolio while also developing new client relationships. The role requires the ability to onboard diverse client types, ensuring the achievement of monthly deposit targets.

Additionally, the candidate must provide exceptional customer management by addressing client needs, handling support requests, and resolving cases to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Migrate and onboard an existing portfolio
  • Generating new business
  • Develop and present executable plan for clients' acquisition
  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
  • Increase client's base in the CFD business of the company
  • Cross sell company's products
  • Record, keep and secure all leads and client's data
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
  • Gain hands-on skill on using internal Customer relationship portal
  • Thoroughly follow up on the client's journey
  • Train and educate juniors on acquisition methodology and the market in general
  • Achieve and exceed individual target
  • Any other duties relevant to the role

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 1+ years' of experience in a sales and/or similar role
  • Troubleshooting & Problem-solving
