You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be young & energetic, able to appropriately identify the needs of new clients in order to aid clients in their success using our services. This will be achieved by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members, prioritizing tasks, managing requests, innovating out-of-the-box solutions to meet client needs, and having a clear understanding of the technical aspects of the services that the company offers. You will approach potential clients with the aim of winning new business, striving to maintain good relationships with new clients to gain repeat business wherever possible. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Prospect new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client objectives.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new customers.
Manage and maintain account relationships through senior-level engagements.
Create presentations, prepare required briefs, and develop advertising strategies.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals, and communicate industry trends.
Engage with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
Ensure providing a comprehensive brief to the Art department.
Responsible for all client communications on all management levels.
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account.
Manage the development of campaigns.
Develop comprehensive reports required by the client.
Follow up with all departments to ensure timely delivery.
Plan and implement all client events.
Supervise the delivery of all account requirements.
Prepare proposals for all activities and present them.
Develop daily/weekly/monthly status reports.
Manage outsourced and suppliers' deliverables.
Manage account resources.
Support the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Forecast and track client account metrics.
Collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Drive to surpass growth targets and revenue projections.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Proficiency in English.
Market knowledge.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport.
Bachelor's degree holder.
Experience within the Event, Marketing & Advertising Field.
Business Development Experience.
Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and sales targets.
