We are partnering with an award-winning liquidity and technology solutions company that is redefining the fintech landscape. As they continue to expand their global footprint, they are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive institutional sales and contribute to their growth in the Middle East and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify, engage, and secure new institutional clients through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets, closing high-value deals and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, converting cold prospects into long-term, profitable relationships across sectors such as FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto.
  4. Represent the company at global industry events, fostering relationships with key decision-makers and delivering impactful presentations to showcase the company's value proposition.
  5. Recruit and expand a network of high-performing Introducing Brokers (IBs), creating incentive programs and support systems to enhance market reach.
  6. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the FX industry, providing insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  7. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and prepare regular performance reports while consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Qualifications And Experience

  1. Native or fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  2. A minimum of 5 years of proven success in direct sales within the FX industry, specifically selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients.
  3. Demonstrated track record of closing large deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  4. Deep understanding of FX liquidity, trading platforms, and market dynamics, coupled with an established network of institutional clients (e.g., banks, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms).
  5. Experience in working with and expanding relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  6. Strong negotiation, closing, and persuasive communication skills.
  7. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven environment.
  8. Self-motivated, organized, and proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.
