About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Professional to drive growth and expand our client's presence in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the cybersecurity sector, particularly in PCI DSS compliance services, and a proven track record of building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
This is a pivotal role that requires an individual with deep expertise in cybersecurity solutions and a strong network within the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the GCC region focusing on PCI DSS compliance and related cybersecurity services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities including strategic partnerships, alliances, and client engagements.
4. Lead the proposal and contract negotiation process for high-value deals.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.
6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the cybersecurity and PCI DSS domains.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the brand and service offerings.
8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and revenue growth.

Requirements
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of business development experience in the cybersecurity sector with a strong focus on PCI DSS compliance services. Experience working with ControlCase, SISA, or similar entities is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CISA) is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of PCI DSS compliance and cybersecurity services. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Language: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel as needed.
