Position: Senior Business Development Manager (Dubai)

Location: Remote hybrid/ Dubai UAE

Employment type: Full time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients to explore new opportunities fostering long term partnerships.
  • Promote the company's products and services by understanding and addressing clients' needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts ensuring adherence to legal guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Leverage in-depth market knowledge to identify emerging trends and business opportunities positioning the company as a leader in the industry.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to drive successful deals and build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Develop insightful reports to track business progress, client relationships, and performance metrics to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Reach out to leads, convert them into loyal customers, and maintain ongoing relationships through exceptional customer service.
  • Represent the company at expos, conferences, and industry events establishing connections and expanding the company's network.
  • Apply proven B2B sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize a strong professional network to unlock new opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships that support the company's business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/Fluency in English with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in technology, software, SaaS, infrastructure products, or other relevant industries is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of financial products or services including but not limited to trading, investments, or other market-related sectors.
  • Ability to understand the target audience and the flow of business within the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively present ideas and engage clients.
  • Proven ability to establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in a business development, sales, or similar role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
