Senior Business Development Executive (National Talent)

About The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for Senior Executive - Business Development to join TECOM Group.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Assist the Business Development team to close new sales deals to generate sales and exceed sales targets to ensure revenue through sales for the organization's profitability.
- Understand and attend to clients' needs and provide information on the best real estate options, prices, advice on forthcoming product developments, and discuss special promotions according to customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, provide customers with quotations, negotiate terms of agreement, and close sales variations in price, delivery, and specifications with managers for approval to ensure profitable sales results for the Company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers via meetings, telephone calls, emails, and visits to prospect for new business.
- Scan the local markets, coordinate with real estate brokers, and update the client database to gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- Liaise with R&L, Security, and Leasing for approvals of new business partners and provide excellent customer service while presenting full product knowledge to potential clients.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for after-sales transactions and follow-up to provide excellent service to customers.
- Provide support in responding to partner queries/complaints and coordinate with Legal, Facilities Management, and Finance on various partner issues related to invoicing, leasing legal issues, outstanding payments, etc.
- Prepare lease agreements, drafts, and proposals as per defined procedures and provide administrative support for client registration.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, coordinate the issuance and renewal of leases, trade licenses, and permits, and assist in the timely collection of accounts receivables from partners.
- Collate all client documentation such as contracts, licenses, and passport copies, maintain correspondence, and provide administrative support to management.
- Liaise with customers to ensure the smooth settlement of customer issues and queries.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Business Management or similar.
- 5 years of Business Management experience where both business development and customer service were integral to the role.
- Strong skills in Business Development, Customer Relations, and Customer Focus.
- Results Orientation, Business Awareness, and Problem Solving & Decision Making.
- Adaptability & Flexibility, Communication Skills, and Teamwork.
