Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with a strong background in freight forwarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and acquire new customers in freight forwarding (Air & Sea).

Client Management

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to increase business opportunities.

Market Research

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective strategies.

Proposal & Negotiation

• Prepare and present customized logistics solutions to potential clients.
• Work closely with the operations and pricing team to ensure seamless execution of shipments.

Performance Monitoring

• Track sales performance and provide periodic reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales in the UAE.
• Strong network of clients in Air & Sea freight forwarding.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, customs clearance, and supply chain management.
