Senior Business Analyst (Emirati)

The ideal candidate will analyze the business processes, business pain points and areas for improvement across the business unit and translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring product quality and alignment with standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the development of innovative products strategies in compliance with business goals.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements.
3. Document systems and develop logical flowcharts, process maps using tools like Visio to visualize processes.
4. Collaborate with the stakeholders to prepare technical and functional specifications for product features, ensuring they meet user needs and align with business goals.
5. Conduct in-depth research, analysis and benchmarking to support business processes, identify opportunities and optimize operational efficiencies.
6. Communicate with key IT partners on the impacts, risks, costs, benefits and opportunities of IT solutions from business needs perspective.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field with relevant certifications like CBAP, CCBA preferred.
2. 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, ideally within a similar industry or business domain with a proven track record of working on projects involving business improvements, system implementations, or strategic initiatives.
3. Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (PL/SQL).
4. Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
