Octopus by RTG, is the hiring and outsourcing arm of RTG, working with international partners to grow their team, We have a dynamic engagement opportunities of a 3-month onsite Business Analyst role in Abu Dhabi. This position is a chance for you to immerse yourself fully in a high-impact consultancy environment, working directly with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team during this short-term engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include :
Conducting thorough business analysis to capture and define needs and requirements.
Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and product needs.
Documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows to guide project execution.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and features to deliver value quickly.
Facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
Providing support for testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or related roles.
Ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in documentation tools and business analysis software.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.
Experience in Agile methodologies and working in scrum teams.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi market and cultural nuances is an advantage.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience working in technology consulting environments is beneficial.
