About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our Oracle BOH suite and purchasing system. You will collaborate with Level 1 support, HRIS, development, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
• Maintain high observability, resiliency, and recoverability in production environments.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and drive automation for productivity improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Develop policies, procedures, and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of application support experience, preferably with Oracle products.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP (mandatory), Birchstreet (preferred), and ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Office-based role with standard working hours.
