Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business efficiency and profitability through the analysis of business processes, requirements, and data. Responsibilities

1. Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
3. Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and solutions.
4. Lead efforts to design and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive organizational growth.
5. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and processes, and recommend enhancements or modifications as needed.
7. Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts and ensure that project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.
8. Present findings, recommendations, and status updates to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
9. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve business analysis processes.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert in business analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies within the organization.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
