We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join us in Abu Dhabi , UAE. Kindly note this is full time on-site opportunity
Qualification
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with a focus on IT projects in eCommerce, Accounting, and ERP domains
- Previous experience in Customer Success Management
- Experience in Project Management or previously as Project Manager
- Preferably, experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and familiarity with integration points for accounting and eCommerce solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear business terms.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
- French Speaker Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements
Project Management & Coordination:
- Manage and prioritize requirements to align with project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead and participate in regular project status meetings to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets.
Functional Expertise:
- Provide in-depth knowledge of eCommerce processes, including product management, order processing, payment processing, and customer experience.
- Deliver expertise in accounting workflows, such as financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and ledger processes.
- Nice to have: Offer guidance on ERP systems, specifically with Oracle, including module integration, customizations, and data flow management.
