As the Senior Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in building strong brands that delight target consumers and generate strong business results linked to building brand equity and changing consumer behaviour. A Day in the Life
- Support on annual brand strategic priorities by detailing and articulating the key initiatives and deliverables to the clusters with set timelines.
- Drive metrics on the respective brands in coordination with cluster marketing, eBusiness, and consumer insights team.
- Support decision-making by providing ongoing data and insights related to brand properties (e.g., websites, social, eCommerce) and industry trends, with full support of consumer insights and cluster teams.
- Provide recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy and on the selection of SKUs for key channels, understanding the omnichannel environment and contribute to the development of category strategy.
- Execute & track management to ensure projects, I&R, and business plans are executed.
- Lead PFME key post evaluations (with the support of Data Analytics), regional budget management, and tracking.
- Lead SKU harmonization/optimization/simplification initiatives.
- Lead the communication process on centralized brands communication by developing the campaign briefs, coordinating the creative development.
- Provide a high-level toolkit with overarching framework & guidance for localized brand communications. The guidance should include the big idea, engagement strategies, brand properties, and mandatory executional elements (TOV, casting requirements, appetite shots) to ensure external impact and building.
- Connect with the eBusiness team to reinforce branding and key content development, leading on the consumer portrait for the brand.
- Ensure key support to ensure equity measurement by regularly tracking the relevant digital/eBusiness KPIs (incl. internal and industry benchmarking) to ensure achievement of targets.
- Provide product experiences that meet or exceed the nutritional and sensorial expectations of consumers.
- Support on I&R pipeline definition & opportunity identification and leading on concept and packaging development and testing for multi-cluster I&R.
- Accountable for the I&R with different stakeholders including clusters & PMOs and coordinating to build business cases, launch plans, recipe development, incl. the 60/40+.
- Packaging development accountability Ensures the process with BT & D2D team is sound while being fully accountable for multi-clusters SKU labels (Process & authority matrix to be reviewed).
- Provides overall toolkits to support the new launches/relaunches, creating attractive brand experiences/ideas across contact points.
What Will Make You Successful
- Minimum 8 years experience in marketing, which may include some years in other functions ideally in CDT/Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
- Higher education in Business Management or Marketing.
- Proven track record in core brand building including helping key brands innovate.
- Understanding of key drivers of brand P&L and how to action them.
- Experience in leading product launches or complex renovation projects working with cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of digital media and eCommerce.
- Strong communication skills.
