The Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative role involves the selling and promotion of biopharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. Responsibilities
Promote biopharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
Provide product information and educate healthcare professionals on therapeutic benefits and usage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and clinical research, to support product launches and sales initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and organize medical symposiums to increase product awareness and knowledge.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, including weekly and monthly sales reports.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, with a focus on biopharmaceutical products.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
