We are currently looking for a Senior BID Coordinator, with 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have skills as an Architect/Engineer with experience in bidding for lead consultant firms. He/She will report to the Senior BID Director. The vacancy is available to join immediately. Software expertise in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is a must.
Main duties include:
Researching, writing, and/or checking proposals.
Working with key members of the organization and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the bid.
Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks related to the bid.
Researching current and future market trends.
Overseeing the bid process and ensuring deadlines are met.
Reading, checking, and evaluating submitted proposals in compliance with the scope of work, list of deliverables, and contractual obligations.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Download EOIs (Expressions of Interest) and RFPs (Request for Proposals) documents from clients, upload documents to the intranet, and circulate electronic locations to the bid team.
Organize bid review meetings and circulate invitations to the bid team.
Review EOIs and RFPs from clients and provide summaries and advice on submission requirements.
Prepare and/or issue RFP tender queries to clients.
Coordinate with and follow-up with clients regarding RFP tender queries.
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of EOI and pre-qualification proposals and submissions.
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of bid and tender proposals and submissions.
Facilitate the delivery of softcopy and hardcopy of pre-qualification, bid, and tender proposals and submissions.
Issue NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and RFPs to subconsultants and specialists.
Coordinate with and follow-up with subconsultants and specialists' proposals during the bidding and tender process.
Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of responses to clients post-tender clarifications and submissions.
Compile proposal submission sections, appendices, and attachments into the required format.
Implement all necessary bid and tender proposal document version control procedures and processes.
Ensure all proposal documents follow company branding guidelines, standard formatting, and quality standards.
Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director and Bid Director.
