Micah Solutions FZE is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our client, A Boutique Salon in heart of Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our clients, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments. You will also mentor and guide junior stylists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and maintaining a positive salon atmosphere.

Responsibilities :

• Consult with clients to understand their haircare needs and style preferences.
• Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.
• Recommend and sell haircare products to clients.
• Mentor and train junior stylists, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon workstation.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming salon atmosphere for clients.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Senior Hair Stylist.
• Excellent knowledge of different haircare products and trends.
• Strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Creativity and artistic flair in hair design.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and mentor junior stylists.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Advanced training or certifications in hair styling.
• Experience working with diverse hair types and textures.
