Senior HR Associate – Talent Management is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and career development targeting UAE Nationals to enhance employee retention.
Performance Management:
Responsible for the entire performance management cycle (end to end) & periodic reporting at each phase.
Continuously train line managers and employees on the performance appraisal process and appraisal meeting guidelines, using a variety of effective learning & training techniques.
Execute performance booster plans in line with the Modon performance management policy.
Responsible for annual Job descriptions review process for all the employees across the company.
Learning and Development (L&D)
Responsible for the learning and development program for Modon and operating entities.
Conduct training needs analysis via survey and focus groups and one-on-one’s with line managers.
Execute learning interventions in line with the training needs using internal trainers, external consultants, and e-learning platforms.
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the training programs.
Prepare periodic report updates on the LND program (e.g., participation rates, completion rates, attendance rates, etc.).
Career Development & Succession Planning
Conduct evaluative meetings, personality assessments, skills assessments using software/apps to help identify the candidate's key strengths, and personality tendencies that benefit and align well with specific job roles, industry/occupation.
Review Modon Job grading structure, and job descriptions and create career pathways for UAE Nationals.
Co-create professional development plans to close experience, knowledge gaps between current role and target potential future role.
Develop Succession planning framework and execute the professional development program based on knowledge, skills, experience gaps analysis.
Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare, analyze & present dashboards (weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual) as per management requirement.
Responsible for closure of all HR audits gaps within the respective area managed.
Others
Recommend & implement changes to the performance management, learning and development, and career development procedures and practices.
Contribute to the implementation of the company’s corporate social responsibility strategy through execution of the Internship program. Designate a site supervisor for each intern, who will monitor their attendance, and provide meaningful orientation on company and department practices.
Manage employee orientation process & ensure archival of all individual employee documents (orientation new joiner signatory pack) in employee folders.
