Liaise with court officers for delivering summons in cases filed by Aldar.
Follow up with Labour Department, Labour courts, Rent Committee, Conciliation and Settlement Department of the Judiciary.
Obtain customer information (contact details and address) with delayed payments and relay it to the court to facilitate the notice service.
Liaise and follow up with External law firms on delayed customer cheques and provide them with the customer location/contact details to facilitate the retrieval of delayed payments.
Follow up and liaise with different Governmental departments such as Department of Economic Development, Traffic Police, Securities Market, etc.
Handle the renewal of ALDAR trade licence and related documents, ensuring complete paperwork and submitting the renewal requests to ADM, DCS, chamber of commerce, and department of economic development.
Any other work as may be assigned by the line manager.
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:
Min of 6+ years of related experience in PR/legal activities.
