Senior Associate Lawyer - Corporate - Oil & Gas Focus

My client is a top-tier international law firm with multiple offices in the GCC. They are looking to add a senior corporate M&A lawyer to their Abu Dhabi office.

With offices across Europe, the Middle East, APAC, and the US, this law firm offers high-quality cross-border transactional work.

The team advises on a full spectrum of energy (oil & gas, solar, wind, hydrogen, etc.) and infrastructure matters including construction/project documents, financing, M&A, and regulatory.

For this particular role, you will ideally be a 7+ PQE corporate/M&A lawyer with strong experience in the oil & gas sector.
