Principal Functions:
Provides comprehensive back office support to International Sales Management. Assists and supports International sales management with the sales contract, agreements, RFI/RFP submission, proposal, and provides any other support as needed in the International Sales section.
Assists Sales Managers in achieving their targets as required.
Provides comprehensive back office support to management in delivering efficient & quality services to its sales activities, database, and customer support.
Coordinates with concerned departments/sections to promptly & accurately address the operation, documentation & billing requirements of the International Sales section.
Updates, amends & maintains all databases and files of International Sales activities and daily duties.
Supports, follows up, and monitors the activities of the International Sales Section and generates reports and statistics as required.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Junior Diploma,
1-2 years of experience in sales support functions,
MS Office Suite,
PC skills.
Applicants with further education or professional certificates will be given added advantage.
