Responsibilities:
Accountable for the evaluation, assessment, and management of the integrated set of activities & processes to appraise, develop, and produce oil and gas fields.
Scope includes the full integrated production system that extends from the reservoir performance, up through the wellbore, and across the surface facilities to custody transfer.
Must possess a broad understanding of the value drivers, risks, and uncertainties across the entire chain from field assessment to hydrocarbon monetization.
Must excel at collaboration with multi-disciplined teams, subject matter experts, and Halliburton clients to maximize the value of oil and gas assets and be able to positively affect outcomes through both influence and authority.
Individual contributor with potential to lead and direct multi-discipline asset teams through the entire project lifecycle for large-scale oil and gas (energy) projects including screening, evaluation, approval, planning, deployment, execution, operation, and close-out.
Responsible for financial performance (P/L) of assigned assets through effective planning, organizing, management of resources, decision making, and application of value-adding processes and technologies.
Job role directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.
Contributes directly to value creation through cost optimization, technical innovation, increased production, and improved recovery of hydrocarbon reserves.
Serves as the primary interface with partners for project operations and represents the Company in technical and commercial matters.
Ensures the technical quality of work prepared under their supervision and administers contract provisions related to execution of work.
Skills:
Requires an undergraduate degree in engineering and a minimum of 15 years of diverse experience in the Exploration and Production industry including 5 years with an operator.
Registration as a licensed/chartered professional engineer is preferred.
Arabic speaker preferred.
