Senior Art Director

Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bonds with your guests.

What you will be doing:

1. Ensure implementation of all sales-related policies & procedures and adhere to company and hotel policies & procedures.
2. Develop, implement, maximize, monitor, and evaluate objectives, strategies, and activities of the Sales Department to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food & Beverage, and all hotel-related revenue streams (e.g., Apartments).
3. Ensure that an effective and efficient day-to-day acquisition program, including administration and reporting systems, is effectively organized and deployed.
4. Solicit group, transient, and/or banquet business, and achieve consistent sales objectives.
5. Establish parameters, quote, negotiate prices, and seal contracts.
6. Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events.
7. Maintain accounts, contacts, activity, and business details.
