Senior Art Director

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Art Director with a strong background in automotive advertising to join our client's creative team. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of artistic vision, leadership skills, and automotive industry insight to lead our creative projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with the creative team, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the visual aspect of advertising campaigns for automotive clients, ensuring that all creative output is on-brand, innovative, and strategically aligned with client goals.
2. Collaborate with the Creative Director, copywriters, and other team members to develop cohesive and impactful campaign concepts.
3. Oversee the creation of visual materials for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, social media, and outdoor advertising, ensuring high quality and consistency.
4. Stay up-to-date with automotive trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology to incorporate fresh and relevant ideas into campaigns.
5. Present concepts and designs to clients, effectively communicating creative vision and strategies behind proposed solutions.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior creative staff, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
8. Work with production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs and adherence to budget constraints.
9. Participate in new business pitches, contributing creative ideas and visual concepts.
