Senior Architectural Designer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our team. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the architectural design process from concept to completion on a variety of projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings, plans and models, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and providing innovative design solutions. In addition, you will be required to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, ensuring high-quality designs and adherence to project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architectural design, strong technical skills, and excellent project management abilities. Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept to completion for various projects.
2. Provide creative and innovative design solutions that meet the client's needs and project requirements.
3. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design objectives are achieved.
4. Prepare and present design proposals, including 3D models, renderings, and drawings, to clients for approval.
5. Ensure that projects adhere to budget constraints and timelines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
6. Review and oversee the work of junior architects and designers to ensure accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate the latest innovations in design projects.
8. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure designs are implemented according to specifications.
9. Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure permits and approvals for construction projects.
10. Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals for new opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
2. Professional license and registration as an Architect
3. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in architectural design
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
5. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful completion of architectural projects
