Senior Architect | Rail Design | Dubai

We are currently seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in Dubai. As a key player in our Railway projects, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with standards, providing technical consultation, and managing architectural projects from pre-contract to completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with stakeholders for handover requirements.
2. Provide technical consultation and design review support.
3. Manage architectural project procurement and adherence to standards.
4. Design pre-contract architectural developments.
5. Ensure compliance with Rail Agency objectives in context planning.
6. Assist in preparing Planning & Development Manuals.
7. Manage Architecture-related discipline projects.
8. Review third-party design proposals for compliance.

Qualifications

1. 8+ years hands-on experience in Architectural Designs and Modeling in Rail.
2. Experience in rail infrastructure projects.
3. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architectural Engineering.
4. Knowledge in railway systems, transit architecture, crowd management, codes of practice, standards, and multi-modal stations.
5. Presentation skills with CAD.
6. Arabic Speaker.
