Senior Architect - Luxury Residential

Role: Snr Architect

Location: Dubai

Salary: 20 - 25K AED

We seek a highly dynamic and business-minded Senior Architect to lead our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a visionary designer with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing projects, teams, and business operations effectively. Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing architectural design, project coordination, and client relationship management
2. Supervising multiple projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and progress tracking
3. Ensuring quality control, risk management, and process improvement
4. Attending and contributing to site meetings as required
5. Utilizing digital tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, for project execution
6. Managing client meetings and following up on potential business opportunities
7. Identifying new revenue streams and business development ideas
8. Coordinating with consultants and regulatory authorities for smooth project execution
9. Leading a team with minimal supervision, making independent decisions as needed

Requirements:

1. Strong time management and organizational skills
2. UAE experience is essential
3. Excellent presentation skills with an eye for design aesthetics
4. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
5. Strong design capabilities, from conceptualization to detailed execution
6. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and foresee potential challenges
7. Effective communication and coordination with consultants and authorities
8. Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination across architectural, interior, structural, MEP, and landscape fields
9. Proven ability to work independently and lead a team effectively

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
2. Experience in designing villas or small residential properties
3. Background in managing a team or running an architectural office
4. Strong client-facing and presentation skills
5. Understanding of interior design principles
6. Experience with CAD, 3D modeling, and BIM software
7. Knowledge of project planning, site control, and green/sustainable design principles
8. Proficiency in MS Office tools
9. Prior work experience in the Middle East, particularly in the construction or property development sector
