Future Talent Arabia are recruiting for a boutique architecture studio known for their refined design sensibility, contextually responsive work, and collaborative ethos. With a growing portfolio of high-profile projects across the Middle East, the client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join their team in Dubai. Projects range from high-end residential and hospitality developments to bespoke cultural and commercial spaces.

Role Overview

As a Senior Architect, you will take a leading role in the design and delivery of complex architectural projects. You will work closely with directors, clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure clients design vision is executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate combines creative leadership with technical expertise. Experience working on projects in the Middle East region is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Manage client relationships and maintain clear and professional communication throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and technical excellence.
• Oversee the preparation of drawings, documentation, and presentations.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and local authority requirements.
• Contribute to the creative direction and evolution of the studio's design identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience working on high-quality projects in the Middle East.
• Strong conceptual design ability and an eye for detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM workflows is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus but not required.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
