Senior Applied Scientist

Partnering with Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platforms utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

1. In the Applied Scientist role, you will play a crucial part in pioneering research and development across various facets of AI, including but not limited to computer vision, natural language processing, and audio signal processing.
2. Create and optimize cutting-edge AI algorithms and deep learning models, contributing to advancements in areas such as semantic understanding, multidimensional data interpretation, and human-machine interactions.
3. Engage in the design, analysis, and optimization of foundational and applied research to power state-of-the-art AI algorithms and model capabilities.
4. Work on comprehensive solutions that integrate various modalities, including text, audio, and visual data.
5. Collaborate with researchers and engineers across teams at Inception for the design, development, and continual improvement of AI algorithms.
6. Work alongside product development teams to integrate new algorithms and models into broader product offerings.
7. Propose scenarios where AI techniques could improve the efficiency of the customer’s business.
8. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the business development team.

Qualifications

Skills and attributes for success

1. M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering, or AI-related field. Specialization in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing or Speech and Audio are highly desirable.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in developing AI algorithms for various modalities.
3. Track record of conducting high-level research, preferably evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals.
4. A highly curious and inquisitive approach to problem-solving.
5. In-depth knowledge of the latest developments in AI and machine learning.
6. Excellent communication skills.
