In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader in the IT industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line support for Sitecore and Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact end users.
- Support deployment activities, including upgrades, patches, and hotfixes for Sitecore and Dynamics.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including knowledge base articles and technical manuals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and suggest enhancements to improve system functionality.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and provide long-term solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security protocols, and SLAs.
- Provide end-user training and support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in managing and supporting Sitecore CMS (versions 9 and above preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or earlier versions.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, including query writing and performance tuning.
- Troubleshooting Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Experience in monitoring tools, logs analysis, and performance optimization.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders.
- Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
- Experience with API integrations, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware.
- Understanding of Agile and ITIL processes.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics, or ITIL are a plus.
