Senior Application Engineer

Blink22 is seeking a Business Development Manager with extensive design or technology consulting sales experience. You will be finding, qualifying, researching, and closing deals and projects for our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for software and customer success.

A Business Developer, or Business Development Analyst, is responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. Their duties include coordinating with company executives, sales and marketing professionals, reviewing current market trends, and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Nurture relationships and outreach initiatives
2. Enhance connections with current connectors and referral partners
3. Explore and identify subtleties within client relationships, utilizing the appropriate strategies to ensure valuable and constructive communications
4. Utilize the existing network and relationships to facilitate beneficial introductions, attract new clients, and identify potential referral partners
5. Participate in events and engage in business initiatives to strengthen relationships for Blink22
6. Effectively communicate knowledge and understanding of design and development processes, alongside the overall expertise of Blink22
7. Quickly position oneself as a knowledgeable and trustworthy advisor during initial conversations with potential clients
8. Efficiently prioritize new business opportunities and the necessary steps to capitalize on them
9. Qualify new business opportunities by engaging in meaningful conversations to gather and verify essential deal information
10. Conduct pitches and high-value interactions to advance deals through the sales pipeline
11. Assist in the creation of proposals, writing Statements of Work (SOW), and other related tasks by collaborating effectively with team members and cross-departmental stakeholders
12. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and cost projections, in partnership with our Product Managers and Technical Architects
13. Manage Sales and Marketing Operations
14. Oversee and support the complete sales cycle
15. Work on optimizing sales pipeline processes
16. Continuously foster new communication channels with current team members to enhance efficiencies
17. Lead marketing initiatives for Blink22 as a software house brand
18. Research and guide how Blink22 can initiate new business strategies that align with business goals such as client partnerships and emerging technologies

1. Over 3 years of experience in sales or business development within an agency or consulting firm.

4. A natural inclination to ask insightful questions following brief research, identifying decision-making factors for prospects, and swiftly extracting insights from conversations and data.
5. Project management expertise with the capability to manage multiple projects that may involve some uncertainty.
6. Experience in developing competency-building processes and best practices, along with ensuring their effective implementation.
7. Candidates must be residents of the UAE to be considered for this position.
