Job Requirement

KBR is looking for a Senior Analyst Business Performance with LNG experience to be based in Ruwais for a PMC project.

Experience required:

1. Minimum 15 years of plant experience in any discipline (Maintenance, Operations, Technical planning, HSE, etc.)
2. Demonstrated understanding and experience of Business Performance Management (e.g., developing and understanding KPIs, performance scorecards, etc.)
3. Understanding and experience in Operational plant Risk management philosophy
4. Understanding and experience of Business Management systems (ISOs)
5. Ability to prepare presentations and reports for management meetings when required
6. Strive for continuous improvement and implement tools and techniques to improve systems and processes
7. Good writing and interpersonal skills
8. Contribute to the development, implementation, and regular review of the Reporting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistent and systematic application of best practices and to improve plant performance
9. Carry out periodic production performance reporting, accounting, and variance analysis against the divisional performance contract Scorecard, advising division management on its status
10. Liaison with operating units to coordinate, support, plan, and direct activities to maximize production by analyzing areas of improvement and finding innovative solutions
11. Develop business and technical analysis reports for various feed processing options to ensure optimum plant utilization and yields
12. Develop additional scorecards and KPIs in support of performance analysis against the company performance scorecard
13. Prepare documents, presentations, and submissions relating to Production performance for TRC, BAC, Board, and other management meetings
14. Support all feasibility studies of projects to ensure accurate economic assessment of potential impact on production volumes and revenue streams
15. Provide inputs and suggestions for the continuous improvement of Production Performance Reporting practices, considering best practice international standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness
