KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement Training Management plan for the Project.
2. Develop project HSE Training matrix consulting with Project HSE Manager and develop monthly rolling training plan based on the priorities.
3. Develop required training modules based on the corporate modules and project procedures.
4. Conduct HSE inductions and craft trainings as required for the Project.
5. Conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions as needed.
6. Establish training database for the project and ensure it is maintained and updated effectively.
7. Review effectiveness of trade-specific training and competency programs.
8. Continuously monitor and review HSE training courses and programs for relevance, focusing on identifying areas for improvement.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly training statistics and provide reports to HSE Manager.
10. Develop and issue HSE related safety flashes, flags, bulletins, training handouts, and other awareness publications.
11. Conduct periodic HSE training audits as part of the continual improvement process.
12. Ensure suggestions and recommendations resulting from feedback are thoroughly assessed and followed up in a timely manner.
13. Carry out other training-related tasks as advised by the supervisor.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

1. NEBOSH GC/IGC or IOSH or any certification in Safety.
2. 6 years diversified experience in HSSE specialties within the Oil & Gas industry with a strong background in instructing HSSE related training courses such as inductions, HSSE awareness, confined space entry, permit to work, etc.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Perfect command of English and some other language, in addition to mastering various up-to-date training techniques.
