We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Administrator & PA to CEO to support our executive team and manage key administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling F, A, B contracts, managing listings, coordinating agent requests, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling confidential information.
Oversee F, A, B contracts, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
Manage property or business listings and coordinate with agents for updates and inquiries.
Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and other executive support functions.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist with decision-making processes.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate, contracting, or hospitality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
