We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of success in the Gulf region. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, managing account performance, and driving sales growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the market landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Gulf region.
• Prepare and present detailed account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management on KPIs and achievements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts effectively.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services relevant to the market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
