What You Will Be Doing:

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Accounts Management

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
• Authorize and verify accounting entries related to overhead expenses across the bank.

Financial Analysis & Advisory

• Analyse financial data to improve work processes, service quality, and business efficiency.
• Support management with financial insights and recommendations.
• Provide guidance to new or less experienced team members.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams and external regulatory authorities.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager to ensure smooth operations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Must be a UAE National
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining ethical and security standards.
