Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Oversee day-to-day financial transactions including Accounts payable & Accounts receivable, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Follow up with banks for LC, release of DP documents, and coordination for day-to-day operations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Handle accurate VAT calculations and timely submission of VAT returns.
Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions to optimize financial performance.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and addressing any inquiries.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, providing financial projections based on historical data and market trends.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a MUST.
Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting and reporting software such as Quick Books and Zoho would be a plus.
