Senior Accountant

Job Location: UAE

Job Details:

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar industry and role.
A degree in accounting or finance.
Additional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, etc., are an advantage.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Thorough understanding of project accounting (WIP workings and job profitability analysis).
Banking experience, especially dealing with BGs, LCs, and KYC requirements.
Skilled in GL, VAT, and reporting, with experience in business reporting.
IFRS knowledge (especially 15-16).
Experience with third-party certifications, including ICV, ETIP, and credit ratings.
Team management experience (handling 2-3 employees).
Experience working in companies with over 100 employees and revenue exceeding AED 75 million.
Familiarity with the contracting industry (experience in industrial refrigeration is an advantage).
