Senior Accountant Immediate Joiner

Only candidates with Dubai real estate experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage prepayments, accruals, intercompany reconciliations, VAT & Corporate Tax compliance.
• Support forecasting and financial planning.
• Handle audit requests and assist in statutory account preparation.
• Mentor and develop Assistant GL Accountants, driving continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate industry in Dubai is a must
• Strong experience in financial reporting, VAT compliance, and balance sheet reconciliation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Experience with Zoho Books and Tally ERP 9
• Immediate availability preferred

Pay: AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 per month
