Financial Accounting Duties & Responsibilities ranging from bookkeeping & maintaining accounting schedules/records to monthly closure of accounts, finalization and year-end financials including an annual financial audit by external auditors with all regulations. Provide necessary documentation and assistance during internal and external audits. Conduct routine audits of financial statements and records.
Ensure meticulous record-keeping for accounts payable and receivable, alongside monthly financial reconciliations.
Managing the bank accounts, bank reconciliation & extensive PDC management.
Cash flow forecasting.
Preparation of Value Added Tax Accounting, Inc. Tax Invoicing & FTA VAT Returns & submissions ensuring compliance with Federal Tax Authority regulations. Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.
Other Accounting Duties & responsibilities may be delegated from time to time.
Must handle petty cash and other day-to-day transactions.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor budgets. Assist in creating accurate financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making.
Payroll processing and payments.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Generate regular financial reports for management, providing insights into the company's financial performance and suggesting areas for optimization.
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters, including invoicing, payments, and financial discrepancies.
Monitor and control company expenses, review expense reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
