Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the MENA region.
  • Understand clients' business goals and needs to develop tailored account strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Actively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to inform account strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance and revenue growth.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the MENA region.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
