Job Responsibilities:

  1. A dynamic and responsible individual able to effectively engage, influence, and guide team members and clients.
  2. Strong, but humble; open to learn, mentor, and support account executives.
  3. Charismatic, with the ability to build and sustain client relations.
  4. Strategic thinker with previous experience in strategy teams.
  5. Advanced knowledge & experience in social media strategy, including a proven record of handling social media campaigns.
  6. Ability to develop 360 marketing plans (online & offline) with a solid and holistic approach.
  7. Advanced knowledge and understanding of online and traditional media (media planning) and production (print).
  8. Capable of managing campaigns from planning to execution.
  9. Planning and managing TVC and photography shoots.
  10. A collaborator & coordinator skilled in working with multiple departments.
  11. Ability to identify new business opportunities and improvements for existing and potential clients.
  12. Ability to translate client briefs to the creative team effectively.
  13. Manage day-to-day work independently while liaising and delegating to team members.
  14. Willing to work on pitches and add value given the experience.
  15. Manage multiple accounts, with experience in the automotive sector being a must.

Non-negotiable Skills:

  1. Exceptional eye for detail; able to differentiate between a good balanced layout and a cluttered one.
  2. Top-notch organization and planning skills.
  3. Problem solver (no panic attacks).
  4. Ability to manage, build, and strengthen client relations; personality is key.
  5. Skilled in preparing impressive PPT presentations.
  6. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  7. A team player and mentor to junior members.
  8. Proactive.
  9. Languages: English & Arabic; any additional language is a bonus.
