JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives to brief internal teams.
Work on inspiring creative briefs along with the manager.
Work collaboratively with creative media and account planning teams.
Manage project timelines and budgets.
Present campaign ideas and secure client approvals.
Oversee campaign execution and track performance.
Qualifications:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience (Client Servicing) in a reputable advertising (creative) agency.
Previously should have handled integrated accounts (Online, Offline, BTL).
Experience managing social media campaigns (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic understanding of social media advertising platforms and campaign creation.
Proven ability to manage and deliver successful advertising campaigns (both online & offline).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
Strong understanding of the advertising landscape including traditional media and digital marketing channels.
Experience developing creative briefs and working with creative teams.
Budget management skills.
Project management skills to ensure campaigns are completed on time and within budget.
Fluent in Arabic & English.
